Job Summary:

Flowserve is seeking a skilled Machinist to join our team. As a Machinist, you will be responsible for setting up and operating various machine tools to produce precision parts and instruments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain machine tools, including lathes, milling machines, and CNC equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints and geometric tolerances to ensure accurate production.
• Use precision measuring equipment, such as micrometers and dial indicators, to verify part quality.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve production goals and maintain a safe working environment.
• Participate in on-call programs and work overtime as required.

Requirements:

• 0-2 years of experience in machining, preferably in a manufacturing or repair environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
