Key Responsibilities:
As a Flexo Folder Gluer Operator, you will play a crucial role in the production process. Your responsibilities will include:

• Setting up and operating machinery, including flexo folder gluers and rotary die cutters.
• Monitoring production efficiency, quality, and waste management.
• Leading the training process for new crew members.
• Mounting printing and cutting dies onto cylinders and shafts.
• Mixing and adjusting ink viscosity to meet production standards.
• Conducting quality checks on each order to ensure compliance with customer specifications.
• Collaborating with team members to achieve daily production goals.
• Accurately recording production data in the computer system.
• Performing routine preventative maintenance and maintaining a clean work environment.
• Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
• Executing additional tasks as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, candidates should possess:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a machine operator.
• Strong troubleshooting skills related to machinery.
• The ability to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends.
• A solid safety record and excellent communication abilities.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or GED.
• At least 6 months of experience in packaging or printing, specifically with Flexo Folder Gluer or Rotary Die Cutter.

• The ability to comprehend and execute verbal and written instructions.
