About the Position

In this role, you will lead the CADD coordination between Alternative Delivery, Natural Resources, and Transportation Drainage Practices. You will work closely with Project Managers and engineers to ensure drawings are accurate and completed on time and within allocated budgets, and coordinate with Clients and their CADD teams to determine project CADD requirements.

You will also be responsible for leading and providing feedback and ideas to improve CADD workflow and standards across Practices, managing preparation of Civil Engineering drawings during the planning, permitting, design, and construction phases, and mentoring project staff as needed.

To thrive in this position, you should have:

  • 10+ years of drafting/design experience in civil engineering (additional coursework or college degree may reduce experience required).
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards and practices in the areas of CADD and Bentley applications including MicroStation, Inroads, OpenRoads, and ProjectWise.
  • Excellent client service skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
  • Experience working on large PS&E projects.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.

Salary Range: $85,000-$116,000 per year
