- Deliver services with a high standard of customer care, tailored to the specific needs of the client population.
- Foster an environment that promotes accountability and quality service delivery.
- Engage in continuous professional development and participate in community meetings.
- Collaborate with regional CareerLink centers to support participants in achieving their training and employment aspirations.
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, marketing, business, human resources, or a related field, along with two years of relevant experience.
- Experience in career counseling within a high-volume environment, particularly in human services or workforce development.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with proficiency in computer applications.
- Ability to connect with individuals, motivate them, and facilitate workshops for those facing employment barriers.
- Established network with community human service agencies for intervention support.
- Knowledge of job search strategies and resource utilization.
- Adaptability, creativity, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong customer service orientation and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with the local community's needs and resources.
- Willingness to travel as necessary within the designated service area.
