Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, marketing, business, human resources, or a related field, along with two years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in career counseling within a high-volume environment, particularly in human services or workforce development.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with proficiency in computer applications.
  • Ability to connect with individuals, motivate them, and facilitate workshops for those facing employment barriers.
  • Established network with community human service agencies for intervention support.
  • Knowledge of job search strategies and resource utilization.
  • Adaptability, creativity, and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong customer service orientation and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with the local community's needs and resources.
