Job Description
Fusion Medical Staffing-Radiology is committed to providing exceptional patient care and is seeking a skilled Radiation Technologist to join their team. As a Radiation Technologist, you will be responsible for operating computed tomography (CT) scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes. You will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.

Responsibilities include:

  • Operating CT scanners to produce high-quality images
  • Preparing patients for CT scans, including positioning and instructing them on the scanning process
  • Monitoring patients during CT scans to ensure their safety and comfort
  • Analyzing images to ensure they meet quality standards
  • Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • One to three years experience as a Radiation Technologist preferred
  • Other certifications may be required for this position
  • Critical thinking, service excellence and good interpersonal communication skills, ability to read/comprehend written instructions, ability to follow verbal instructions, PC skills
  • Physical Abilities: Remain in a stationary position, move about, move equipment (50-100lbs), pushing, pulling, bending
