Job Summary

As a Sales Associate in our Pro Shop, you will be responsible for providing a positive customer experience, performing shop services, and being a product expert for our customers. You will work with unique merchandise and focus on sales and service. This role involves working on straightforward tasks using established procedures.

Core Responsibilities
  • Complete customer transactions using the POS register system.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Establish strong product knowledge.
  • Perform all operational procedures accurately, in accordance with operations policies.
  • Maintain the appearance of the store, including stocking and general housekeeping duties.
  • Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance is required, including working nights and weekends, variable schedules, and overtime as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Compensation
Base Pay: $16.00

Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
