OverviewWe are seeking a highly experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Senior Case Manager. This role offers the opportunity to work independently, set your own schedule, and make a real difference in the lives of our clients.
Salary & BenefitsThe compensation package for this position includes a competitive hourly rate of $44.00, plus shift differentials where applicable. As a bonus-eligible employee, you will have opportunities to increase your earnings through performance-based incentives.
Job DescriptionAs a Senior Case Manager RN, you will be responsible for providing direct care and case management services to assigned clients. Your expertise will be utilized to plan, implement, and evaluate care plans, ensuring that each client receives personalized attention and support. You will also collaborate with regional directors and other personnel to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications- Graduate of a state-approved school of professional registered nursing (BSN preferred)
- Current, unrestricted RN license in the state(s) of practice
- Minimum two years of nursing experience, including one year in home care or a closely related field
- One year of supervisory and/or case management experience (preferred)
- Current CPR certification
