We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our team at HCA Florida Twin Cities Hospital. As a key member of our respiratory care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support to patients of all ages.
Responsibilities- Administer routine and complex respiratory therapy procedures to patients, including the application and operation of acute care ventilators.
- Set up and maintain respiratory therapy equipment, ensuring proper function and safety.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Monitor patient progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Document patient information and therapy plans in a clear and concise manner.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 30 days of employment.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 30 days of employment.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification within 30 days of employment.
- State Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification.
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Respiratory Therapy or a related field.
