Job Details

We are seeking skilled maintenance technicians to join our team. As an independent contractor, you will be contacted only when there is a work order near your location, allowing for efficient response times and optimal service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Install, repair, and maintain roofs using various materials such as shingles, tiles, and metal
  • Remove old roofing materials and prepare the surface for new installation
  • Follow safety protocols and use protective equipment when working at heights

Requirements

  • Carpentry and Insulation skills
  • Experience working at heights
  • Knowledge of roofs and waterproofing
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Experience in property maintenance or construction industry is a plus
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
