About the Role:

We are seeking a charismatic and energetic Party Host to join our team at Urban Air Adventure Parks. As a Party Host, you will be responsible for creating an unforgettable experience for our guests, from setup to cleanup.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all guests.
  • Execute parties with precision and attention to detail, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure a safe and fun environment for all guests.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our park's attractions and services.
  • Assist with setup, execution, and cleanup of parties, including decorating, food preparation, and supervision of guests.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 16 years old.
  • Prior work experience in retail or hospitality is preferred, but not required.
  • Great personality and people-oriented.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations.
  • Ability to work two out of three weekend days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
