Job Title: Commercial Plumbing Account Manager

Job Summary:

Premier Commercial Plumbing is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Plumbing Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, promoting our services, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new leads through market research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand client's plumbing needs and offer appropriate services and solutions.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals to clients, addressing their specific requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
  • Collaborate with operations team to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
  • Consistently monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
  • Coordinate with General Manager to develop and execute strategies to drive sales, enhance profitability, and improve customer and employee satisfaction.
  • Uphold our commitment to excellence, delivering exceptional service to clients and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of sales experience in Commercial Property Service Sales or a related industry.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Strong knowledge of property management systems and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft office suite, email, and laptop/tablet.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Customer-focused with a dedication to delivering exceptional service.

Work Schedule:
