Sentara is seeking a Rehabilitation Specialist for a flexible position.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, strategize, organize, and engage in rehabilitation initiatives aimed at enhancing functional mobility, alleviating discomfort, and addressing or rectifying disabling conditions caused by illness or injury.
  • Deliver age-appropriate guidance for patients and their families.
  • Oversee and take accountability for the care delivered by designated team members.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy; Master's or Doctorate preferred.
  • License/Certification: Valid Physical Therapist License (PT).
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience required for Resource Pool candidates.
