Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee the monthly closing process to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Prepare and present monthly financial statements, balance sheet accounting, and operational revenue reports.
  • Oversee the accounts payable function.
  • Develop and manage budgets for each division, ensuring alignment with the company's financial goals.
  • Collaborate with division directors to educate and guide them on using financial metrics to drive business growth.
  • Work closely with leadership to identify and drive revenue-generating opportunities.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
  • CPA certification is mandatory.
  • Extensive experience with multi-site healthcare physician practice accounting.
  • Expertise in multi-state operations, including sales and use tax.
  • Proficiency in Great Plains Dynamics, Salesforce, and NextGen.

Compensation
  • Base salary: $150,000 - $200,000 (depending on experience and qualifications).
  • Potential bonus of $20k to $40k of the base salary.
  • Excellent healthcare benefits, including profit sharing.
  • Participation in the company's profit-sharing program.
