Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician II to join our team at Soli Organic, Inc. As a key member of our maintenance team, you'll be responsible for performing mechanical and electrical duties efficiently and safely, minimizing downtime, and ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing and production equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Perform advanced mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance of manufacturing and production equipment.
- Execute work orders, communicate effectively with team members and management, and maintain detailed records and documentation of work performed.
- Work effectively in a team environment with supervision, adapting to new technologies and methods.
- Ensure compliance with Lock Out Tag Out procedures and OSHA standards.
- 5 years of experience as an Industrial/Manufacturing Maintenance Technician.
- Completion of a trade/technical school program in a related field or 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong industrial/manufacturing experience with a focus on electrical knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Advanced mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using and interpreting electrical test equipment and schematics.
