Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough hearing assessments, selecting and fitting hearing aids for clients, adhering to our client-focused service model of Simply Excellent Hearing Care, achieving a minimum NPS score of 75.
  • Regularly demonstrate hearing aids during annual evaluations, allowing clients to experience personalized auditory simulations.
  • Analyze test outcomes alongside client needs to provide tailored recommendations that maximize client benefits.
  • Perform routine follow-ups, maintenance checks, and repairs on hearing aids, while maintaining proficiency in ear impression techniques and recommending assistive listening devices.
  • Embrace HearUSA's vision of Changing Lives through Simply Excellent Hearing Care, collaborating with management and team leads to implement initiatives that enhance center revenue and positively impact lives.
  • Engage with the local community to foster service demand and support marketing efforts, such as outreach to healthcare providers and participation in health fairs, completing at least one community engagement or physician marketing initiative quarterly.
  • Adhere to all state licensing regulations, FDA standards, WSA policies, and HearUSA Quality Practice Guidelines (QPG), ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations through thorough documentation and client referrals.
  • Participate in Continued Professional Development to enhance expertise in service delivery, from consultative counseling to the fitting and troubleshooting of advanced hearing aid technology.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a related Audiology or Hearing Aid Specialist position.
  • Possession of an active state license in Audiology and/or hearing aid dispensing.
  • 1-5 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
  • Effective written communication skills.
  • Experience in customer/client interactions.
  • Ability to convey detailed or technical information clearly and concisely.
  • Capacity to work efficiently and independently in a dynamic environment.
