Job Summary

D.R. Horton, Inc., a leading homebuilding company, is seeking a skilled Receptionist to join their Financial Services Title Escrow Branch. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, maintain a professional office environment, and support the team in achieving their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers and personnel in the office, answer incoming phone calls, and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Office Administration: Maintain a clean and organized reception area, monitor and distribute courier deliveries, and order office supplies as needed.
  • Escrow Support: Prepare earnest money receipts, send prepared 'Thank You' notes/opening letters to agents, order listing kits and/or farm kits, open, sort, and file daily mail, open orders, prepare payoff/assumption statement requests, and complete simple close outs.
  • Additional Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Branch Manager, including working overtime hours as requested in advance.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Knowledge: Basic real estate/escrow/title terminology.
