Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Plant Operator to join our team at Vulcan Materials in Victoria, TX. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our plant equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate plant equipment to regulate the flow of materials to and from conveyors, chutes, pumps, and storage bins.
  • Control stockpile inventory of materials to optimize production and minimize waste.
  • Inspect equipment, structures, and material to identify potential safety hazards and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Perform daily inspections to ensure the plant is operating within established parameters.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in plant operations or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
