About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Railway Crew Coordinator to join our team at Professional Transportation Services Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for dispatching our drivers to transport railroad crew members safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dispatching drivers to transport railroad crew members
  • Maintaining accurate rotations and trip lists using PTI software
  • Professionally answering calls from drivers, field managers, and railroad personnel
  • Providing accurate and detailed trip data to drivers
  • Maintaining a neat and organized station during shifts

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a call center or dispatch environment
  • Prior experience working with multi-line phone systems
  • Self-motivated, independent, and success-oriented individual
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and conversational skills
  • Well-organized and able to operate related computer applications
