Key Responsibilities- Provide effective direct care to a variety of patients in the Labor and Delivery unit
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to Labor and Delivery care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Virginia
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery nursing
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
