The DMC Harper University/Hutzel Women's Hospital is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Cardiac Tele department. As a Cardiac Tele RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care and coordinate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Delegate tasks and supervise nursing staff to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Participate in shared decision-making activities and contribute to the development of unit-based policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program required.
- BSN preferred.
- Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Michigan required.
- American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification required.
