We are seeking a skilled Renovation Field Technician to join our team at KR WOLFE INC.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for the demolition and renovation of various healthcare spaces, including operation rooms, emergency rooms, and ICU rooms.
Key Responsibilities- Safely operate power tools and hand tools, including drills, saws, hammers, and screwdrivers.
- Perform demolition and renovation duties, including carpentry, painting, drywall, electrical, plumbing, framing, and mechanical work.
- Oversee quality assurance and identify hazardous materials.
- Organize building materials and prepare daily construction reports.
- Maintain a clean working environment and exhibit dependable, reliable, punctual, and trustworthy conduct.
- OSHA 10 Training preferred.
- Basic structural knowledge and ability to install structures unassisted.
- Strong teamwork, leadership, and collaboration skills.
- Experience with demolition and proficiency in one or more of the following trades: carpentry, painting, drywall, electrical, plumbing, framing, and mechanical.
- Ability to work under general supervision and lead small projects or teams.
- Ability to provide basic hand tools and read, write, and speak English fluently.
$30.00 per hour based on experience, plus health, dental, and vision benefits, 401K contribution and match, and paid time off.
