Job Description

We are seeking a Flood Restoration Expert to join our team at COIT Cleaning & Restoration Services. As a Flood Restoration Expert, you will be responsible for leading flood restoration efforts and ensuring that properties are restored to their pre-loss condition.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage flood restoration projects from start to finish.
• Develop and implement flood restoration plans to ensure efficient and effective project execution.
• Conduct site assessments and develop repair plans to restore properties to their pre-loss condition.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve flood-related issues and ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in flood restoration, water damage restoration, or a related field.
• Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead high-performing teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools (e.g., Xactimate, Buildertrend).
