We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as an Assistant Teacher in our 4K program. As a key member of our teaching team, you will play a vital role in providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for our young students.
Responsibilities:- Assist the lead teacher in supervising and caring for up to 8 toddlers
- Contribute to lesson planning and implementation, ensuring a well-rounded and engaging educational experience
- Perform light cleaning, diapering, feeding, and playing with children
- Willingness to learn and work collaboratively as part of a team
- Availability to work Monday through Friday
- CPR/First Aid certification within 90 days of hire
- Health report and negative TB test within 30 days of hire
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 18 years of age
- Ability to pass a background check
- Experience working with children
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- CDA or college credit in education
- Qualified Assistant Teacher in Wisconsin
- Flexible scheduling
