Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of mechanical and electrical maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our clients' facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on manufacturing equipment and plant facilities to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic malfunctions to identify and implement effective repair procedures.
  • Install, move, and align new and existing equipment to ensure efficient operation.
  • Operate various types of machine shop equipment with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Perform gas and electric welding operations to repair and maintain equipment.
  • Complete maintenance records and perform associated handling duties to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by supervision and/or designated team leader.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) with a focus on industrial equipment and facilities.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing complex mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Ability to navigate and interpret ladder logic in SLC 500, PLC 5, and Control Logix software.
  • Experience with ABB robots and ability to modify positions and diagnose problems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational degree preferred.
