Responsibilities- Collaborate with physicians to provide individualized primary healthcare services, diagnosing and treating acute or chronic health conditions.
- Obtain patient history, perform assessments, and order diagnostic studies as needed.
- Provide direct treatment and management of health conditions via prescriptive authority or referral to other healthcare providers.
- Counsel and educate patients and their families/caregivers on preventative health, treatment options, and community resources.
- Document delivery of healthcare and nursing processes in accordance with specialty area standards and network nursing policy.
- Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Michigan Board of Nursing.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Michigan Board of Nursing.
- BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association.
- Master's degree of Nursing required.
