We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a vital role in providing support and care to our elderly clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Help with household tasks such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
  • Document and report any changes in clients' condition to supervising nurse
  • Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals
  • Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols
  • Maintain confidentiality and protect clients' privacy at all times
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in caregiving preferred but not required
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow care plans and instructions from supervising nurse
  • Compassionate and patient with a genuine interest in helping others
  • Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods of time
