This role involves providing technical assistance and support for desktop and PC systems within a corporate environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Remove existing dual 24" monitors, docking stations, headsets, and webcams as required.
2. Configure and install new 38" Dell monitors and associated peripherals including Cisco 4K webcams and Jabra wireless headsets.
3. Manage the installation of Jabra speakerphones in offices equipped with doors.
4. Coordinate efforts across multiple buildings and floors to ensure efficient project execution.
5. Ensure proper disposal of e-waste and trash in designated areas.
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rate based on 1099 structure.
Requirements:
Experience in desktop support and familiarity with hardware installation and configuration is essential. Proficiency in handling tools such as electric screwdrivers is recommended.
