Bear Mountain Healthcare is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our in-house rehabilitation team. As a key member of our team, you will provide physical therapy services to residents under the direct supervision of a physical therapist.
Responsibilities:
- Provides physical therapy services to residents under the direct supervision of a physical therapist.
- Identifies indications for and assists in evaluations at appropriate intervals under the direction of the physical therapist.
- Assists the physical therapist in identifying a problem list, short-term goals, long-term goals and treatment plan.
- Maintains and completes accurate documentation, department records and reports.
Requirements:
- Associate degree or higher from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Active state license or license eligible.
