Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Oversight
    • Provide strategic direction and oversight to the Cancer Center, ensuring alignment with the organization's goals and objectives.
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure optimal quality and ethical conduct pertaining to patient care.
  • Clinical Leadership
    • Provide clinical leadership and oversight to the Hematology Oncology team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
    • Develop and implement clinical programs and services to meet the needs of our patients.
  • Operational Management
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Cancer Center, including Joint Commission and Commission on Cancer (COC) accreditation.
    • Develop and implement operational plans and budgets to ensure the efficient delivery of services.
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including referral sources, patients, and community members.
    • Communicate effectively with the healthcare team, patients, and families to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
  • Board certification in Hematology Oncology.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role in a Cancer Center or similar setting.
  • Excellent clinical, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
