Role Overview: The Procurement Specialist is responsible for sourcing and managing the company's diverse inventory and supplies. This role is crucial in ensuring that our centers are well-stocked to meet revenue objectives while adhering to budgetary constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with various centers to assess their procurement needs and specifications.
  • Develop and execute procurement strategies aimed at optimizing cost, quality, and delivery schedules.
  • Maintain supplier relationships, assess their performance, and address any issues that may arise.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and relevant regulations in all procurement activities.
  • Oversee inventory management and replenish stock as necessary, utilizing internal software such as Zenoti and NetSuite for updates on products, costs, and vendor information.
  • Maintain precise records of procurement activities, contracts, and vendor details.
  • Prepare regular reports on procurement and facilities management for management review.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of standard operating procedures related to procurement and facilities management.
  • Act as a backup for the Director of Operations when needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement and facilities management roles.
  • Experience with NetSuite is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
