About the Role:
Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and certified School Psychologist to join our team. As a School Psychologist, you will be responsible for providing psychological services to students, parents, and administrators in a contract, full-time position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to support students with diverse needs.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' strengths and areas of need.
- Provide counseling and therapy services to students, parents, and staff to promote social-emotional learning and well-being.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other professionals to develop and implement behavioral interventions and support plans.
- Participate in multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement school-wide initiatives and programs.
Requirements:
- Appropriate licensure issued by the Illinois State Board of Education.
- Ability to work effectively with students, parents, and administrators in a fast-paced school environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
