What We Are Looking For
  • A board-certified or eligible Ophthalmologist with extensive experience in vitreoretinal surgery and ocular oncology
  • Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills
  • The ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team
Benefits and Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of $150,000 - $400,000 per annum, along with a productivity-based compensation structure and profit-share units.
