Job Title: Licensed Psychologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Licensed Psychologist to join our diverse clinical team in Colorado Springs. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing high-quality psychological services to a diverse clientele.

Responsibilities:
  • Clinical Assessment and Diagnosis: Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations, including clinical interviews and standardized assessments. Diagnose mental health disorders based on established diagnostic criteria.
  • Therapeutic Interventions: Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based therapeutic modalities. Develop personalized treatment plans that address clients' needs and goals. Monitor and evaluate clients' progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure coordinated care. Engage with external agencies and community resources to facilitate support for clients.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards. Ensure all services provided align with ethical guidelines and legal requirements.
  • Professional Development: Stay current with advancements in psychology through continuous education and training. Participate in supervision and peer review to enhance clinical skills and ensure best practices.
  • Community Engagement: Contribute to community outreach and education initiatives aimed at reducing stigma around mental health and promoting awareness of available services. Provide workshops or training sessions on mental health topics as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Psychology from an accredited program.
  • Current and valid license to practice psychology in Colorado.
  • Minimum of 3 years of post-licensure clinical experience, preferably in a mental health setting.
  • Strong knowledge of psychological assessment tools and therapeutic techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Commitment to ethical practice and ongoing professional development.
