Compensation:
$19 to $20/hour
Work Schedule:
Monday to Thursday, 6 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist internal clients across various departments, including manufacturing and engineering.
- Maintain a customer-centric approach in all interactions.
- Communicate effectively and courteously with both clients and team members.
- Interpret Work Orders, blueprints, and verbal instructions to determine the necessary powder coating processes and equipment.
- Execute basic powder coating and assembly tasks using standard equipment such as powder coat guns, sandblasters, and other power tools.
- Conduct visual and dimensional inspections to ensure adherence to specifications.
- Utilize measuring tools like calipers and gauges for quality assurance.
- Keep the workspace organized and ensure proper tool and equipment handling to minimize loss.
- Adhere to safety protocols within the department.
- Develop proficiency in performing basic, repetitive manual tasks.
- Understand the relationship between individual tasks and overall team objectives.
Qualifications:
- Basic communication skills and a courteous demeanor.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Up to 1 year of relevant experience.
