Electrophysiology Technician Job Description

Fusion Medical Staffing-Cath Lab is seeking a skilled Electrophysiology Technician to join their team in Danville, Pennsylvania.

Job Details
  • Duration: 13 weeks
  • Shift: 8 hours
  • Employment Type: Travel

As an Electrophysiology Technician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and assisting physicians with electrophysiology procedures. Your duties will include:

  • Communicating and collaborating with physicians and other healthcare team members
  • Providing and coordinating patient care with other healthcare team members
  • Monitoring patients' responses to interventions and reporting outcomes
  • Administering medications as ordered with appropriate documentation
  • Sharing on-call responsibilities with a 30-minute response time if required
  • Maintaining cleanliness of rooms and adequate stock of supplies
  • Transporting patients as needed

Requirements:

  • One to three years of experience as a Technologist preferred
  • Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to read and comprehend written instructions
  • Ability to follow verbal instructions
  • PC skills
