- Mentor Client Service team members through continuous learning, transparent feedback, and robust talent development initiatives.
- Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance standards and service levels are consistently met.
- Maintain accurate client and policy data and documents within Gallagher systems, utilizing the latest technology to enhance productivity and quality.
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5+ years of client service and/or claims management experience
- OR - High School degree/GED with a minimum of 10+ years of client service and/or claims management experience
- Possess a Property and Casualty Insurance License
