In the role of Senior AXIOM Developer at our prestigious investment banking division, you will be instrumental in advancing and sustaining our regulatory reporting framework. AXIOM plays a pivotal role in our operations, ensuring precise and timely submissions to regulatory bodies. You will be part of a dedicated team striving to utilize technology effectively to fulfill regulatory obligations while maintaining data accuracy and dependability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate the current system and provide insights on logic and workflows.
- Design and implement AXIOM-related workflows, optimizing processes through innovative logic and shortcuts.
- Engage in positive and regression testing to confirm robust implementations.
- Investigate and analyze discrepancies in Regulatory Report outcomes, making adjustments based on Business Analysts' feedback.
- Contribute actively in project meetings, sharing insights and participating in decision-making.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of project milestones.
Qualifications:

- Demonstrated experience as a Senior Developer with expertise in AXIOM within the financial services sector.

- Proficiency in AXIOM Controller View and associated technologies.
- Capability to analyze intricate issues and propose effective solutions.
- Strong communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate in a team setting.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a focus on prioritizing tasks effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management frameworks.
