Position Overview:
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will be a primary support provider for our residents.

Your responsibilities will include conducting assessments and care planning, managing medications and treatments, implementing and evaluating care plans, and documenting nursing services. Your role is vital in enabling residents to maintain their dignity while leading fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct on-site visits at least every 45 days for individualized assessments.
  • Be available on-call as required by regulatory standards or have a qualified alternate nurse available.
  • Delegate nursing tasks appropriately to ensure quality care.
