Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in Gray, GA. This role involves working within a school environment, providing crucial speech and language services to students with diverse communication needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify students' speech and language requirements.
  • Develop and implement tailored education plans (IEPs) and treatment objectives.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students, utilizing evidence-based interventions and techniques.
  • Collaborate with school staff, parents, and professionals to support students' progress and communication skills.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and therapy sessions.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Previous experience in a school-based setting is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Compensation Package

This position comes with a competitive salary range of $**85,000 - $110,000 per annum**, depending on qualifications and experience.
