Bass Pro Shops is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented BOSS Fulfillment Outfitter to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless order fulfillment, inventory management, and customer satisfaction.

• Order Fulfillment: Receive, inspect, and pack merchandise for shipment to customers and retail stores, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, identify discrepancies, and take corrective action to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with finding merchandise, answering questions, and resolving issues.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales floor associates, receiving teams, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and achieve business objectives.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: 0-2 years of experience in retail operations, inventory management, or a related field.
• Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in basic math and computer skills.
