As a Retail Pharmacist with ICONMA, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, ensuring accurate medication dispensing, and collaborating with medical staff to optimize treatment plans.

Responsibilities:
  • Dispensing medications accurately and efficiently, maintaining strict standards of quality and safety
  • Conducting thorough patient assessments, monitoring medication regimens, and adjusting as needed to achieve optimal therapeutic outcomes
  • Providing education and guidance to patients on proper medication use, potential side effects, and interactions
  • Collaborating with medical staff to develop personalized treatment plans that meet individual patient needs
  • Maintaining accurate records, adhering to HIPAA guidelines, and upholding confidentiality protocols
  • Staying current with changing drug knowledge, healthcare developments, and industry regulations
Requirements:
  • A Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an American Council for Pharmaceutical Education (ACPE)-accredited institution
  • Licensure as a registered pharmacist in Nebraska
  • Three years of retail pharmacy experience; PharmD preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse teams and patient populations
