We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Lead to join our team at Capstone Logistics. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our warehouse and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of warehouse associates to ensure efficient and safe operations
  • Conduct pre-shift meetings and stretching exercises to promote a healthy and productive work environment
  • Monitor and maintain a safe working environment, identifying and addressing any potential hazards or risks
  • Support management in achieving business objectives and goals
  • Coach and train associates to improve their skills and performance
  • Communicate effectively with leadership and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations
  • Perform yard marshalling duties and oversee the movement of pallets and cases on and off trailers and other vehicles
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
Requirements
  • High-energy individual with a strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift and carry 25-75lbs, with materials handled varying
  • Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
