Your Role

As a Project Change Control Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and documenting the change management processes within projects and programs. Your analytical skills will be crucial in ensuring that all changes are properly identified, assessed, approved, and monitored in accordance with established corporate policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective processes and guidelines for Change Control and Contractor Management.
  • Foster communication and collaboration with relevant support functions to manage change and contractor activities efficiently.
  • Supervise the transition from Requests for Information (RFI) to Change Orders, providing regular updates and presentations on project progress.
  • Collaborate with the Risk Manager and Project Controls to implement Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS).
  • Ensure that contractor oversight mechanisms are compliant with applicable standards and procedures.
  • Create Interface Documents to maintain adherence to standard operating procedures.
  • Work with project leaders and contractors to establish reporting arrangements and rolling look-ahead plans to ensure effective performance management.
  • Implement the Contractor risk assessment and work control processes in alignment with client principles.
  • Utilize technology and data analytics to support Change Control Management initiatives.
Qualifications
  • 7-10 years of relevant experience in Project Change Control or a related field.
  • Proven track record in Change Control Management.
  • Experience in power, utilities, or nuclear sectors is advantageous.
  • Self-motivated with strong communication skills, capable of engaging with peers and senior management.
  • Ability to lead complex change initiatives and translate requirements into actionable business practices.
