Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in beverage service or a related field is preferred.
  • Basic English language communication skills are required.
  • Excellent customer service skills are essential.
  • Availability to work various shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Knowledge of wine, spirits, and food is necessary.
  • Support the bartender and beverage server in all aspects of service, including stocking service areas, maintaining supplies, and cleaning glassware.
  • Assist with the service of beverages and transportation of food trays to/from the dining room.
  • Participate in monthly inventory and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Ability to stand, stoop, bend, and lift items weighing up to 50 pounds repetitively during an entire shift.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
