Senior Data Analyst, Growth Acquisition

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our Growth Acquisition team at DigitalOcean. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for building comprehensive reporting and analyzing data from our key growth channels, including Organic Search, Paid Search, and Paid Social.
Key Responsibilities- Data Collection & Reporting: Design and build dashboards to track performance across Organic Search, Paid Search/SEM, Paid Social channels. Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all growth marketing reports.
- Analysis & Insights: Analyze trends and performance data to identify actionable insights that drive growth. Collaborate with channel owners to conduct deep-dive analyses into campaign effectiveness, audience targeting, and conversion rates.
- Experimentation & Testing: Partner with growth marketers to design, implement, and analyze A/B tests across Organic Search, Paid Search, and Paid Social channels.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including Growth Marketing, Product, Data, FPNA, and Engineering to ensure data needs are met and insights are shared.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within a digital marketing or growth-focused role.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, such as Looker, SQL, Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Experience with digital marketing platforms (e.g., GA4, Google Ads, Semrush) is highly desirable.

We reward our employees. The salary range for this position is between $120,000 - $135,000 based on market data, relevant years of experience, and skills. You may qualify for a bonus in addition to base salary; bonus amounts are determined based on company and individual performance. We also provide equity compensation to eligible employees, including equity grants upon hire and the option to participate in our Employee Stock Purchase Program.
