Responsibilities of the LPN

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will visit patients in their homes and provide nursing care for them under the direction of Registered Nurses and in compliance with physicians' orders.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must:

  • Hold a valid state driver's license
  • Have automobile liability insurance
  • Wear seat belts at all times while driving
  • Have dependable transportation kept in good working condition
  • Be able to drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions
  • Be currently licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of employment
