Job Opportunity

Pine Hill Trailers is seeking a skilled Design Engineer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop custom and stock trailer designs and truck bodies for customers across North America.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to improve products and communicate effectively.
  • Work closely with Manufacturing to ensure efficient product design implementation.
  • Perform engineering analysis on products and identify areas for improvement.
  • Contribute to brainstorming ideas for new products and ways to enhance existing ones.
  • Assist in the design and engineering of new and existing products.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Associates Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in Mechanical Design/Engineering, with knowledge of metal fabrication and manufacturing processes.
  • Proficient in 3D design software, such as SolidWorks.
  • Experience with the design of trailers or similar products is preferred.
  • Epicor (ERP) experience is also preferred.
