About the Role:
- Maintain residential and commercial landscapes with attention to detail and quality
- Care for tools and equipment to ensure efficient operations
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions, requiring adaptability and physical stamina
- Arrive on time and maintain a positive attitude throughout the workday
Key Responsibilities:
- Landscape maintenance and upkeep, including mowing, pruning, and planting
- Properly store and maintain tools and equipment
- Safely operate machinery and vehicles as needed
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of landscaping techniques and best practices
- Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols
- Experience with hardscaping and landscape installation a plus
- Physical ability to perform tasks that require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
