Our Telecommunications Division has been a pioneer in developing next-generation wireless communication frameworks for over four decades. We offer a comprehensive range of services, from network design to full telecom lifecycle management. As the wireless landscape evolves, the need for innovative technologies and enduring support services remains constant. Our offerings encompass site acquisition, design, construction, and complete operational support.
This role entails overseeing client service quality, staff utilization, marketing efforts, office reputation, contract oversight, billing processes, and project profitability for telecommunications engineering initiatives.
- Promotes the company's services in the capacity of Project Manager
- Reports directly to the Program Manager
- Engages in the preparation of zoning and construction documentation
- Holds full managerial responsibility for all project aspects, including scope, schedule, design, quality, and team management
- Ensures construction safety and quality standards are upheld on projects
- Responsible for maintaining and enforcing the company's safety protocols, halting work when unsafe practices or conditions arise
- Supervises a team of Construction Managers and Coordinators
- Conducts and coordinates engineering evaluations, material assessments, and oversees procurement and delivery in accordance with project timelines
- Initiates and reviews proposals and sales activities, leading and participating in interviews and presentations
- Fosters positive relationships with both current and former clients
- Represents the company at meetings, presentations, and public hearings related to assigned projects
- Develops and mentors junior staff members
- Performs additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in wireless telecommunications
- At least 3 years of progressive experience in Project Management
- Experience in leading large, multi-disciplinary teams is essential
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are required
- Preferred candidates will have established local client relationships
- An Engineering or Technical degree is preferred
This position offers flexibility for remote work or local engagement. The typical salary range for this role is between $90,000 and $125,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Essential Functions: The role requires intermittent sitting, walking, standing, bending, squatting, climbing, kneeling, twisting, and lifting. Hand manipulation is necessary for grasping, pushing, pulling, and fine motor tasks. The ability to reach and work above and below shoulder height is required. Candidates must be alert to field equipment, as travel is involved, and work may occur near construction equipment. Occasional exposure to hazardous machinery, uneven terrain, dust, gas, fumes, noise, and temperature extremes may be encountered.
