Outpatient Licensed Mental Health Therapist

Ellie Mental Health, a leading provider of mental health services, is seeking a skilled Master's level clinician to join our team in Pembroke Pines, South Florida.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing individual, family, couples, and group therapy services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create and implement treatment plans, and complete clinical documentation according to company policy.
- Maintain a minimum caseload and provide clinical interventions to reduce symptoms and increase clients' ability to perform daily activities.
- Deliver excellent customer service and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community.
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve therapeutic goals.
- Collaborate with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, and other Ellie staff as needed.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in a relevant field and a valid Florida Driver's License.
- Knowledge of crisis intervention techniques and strong diagnostic skills.
- Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to provide clear, concise, and well-structured written documentation.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
